Problem is they sat on the paperwork for 26 days before turning it in to Tacoma Public Health so that they would sign off on it. Due to the lack of promptness are home's sale may fall through. We have tried & our realtor have tried to contact them to rush this through & Dale will not return our calls! They have not even tried to rectify this huge error on their part!
