We had them come to do an inspection & pump out our septic for our home sale which went very well. Problem is they sat on the paperwork for 26 days before turning it in to Tacoma Public Health so that they would sign off on it. Due to the lack of promptness are home's sale may fall through. We have tried & our realtor have tried to contact them to rush this through & Dale will not return our calls! They have not even tried to rectify this huge error on their part! In fact the woman that answered the phone was rude & said there was nothing she could do except have Dale contact us.

Lee’s sanitation did a septic system repair on our system. They were professional, prompt and went above and beyond to do the job right. They spotted step downs in the system that were not necessary (causes clogging) and pointed it out to the design engineer so agreed with their assessment—saving me time and money down th road.
